CARAMEL PECAN DREAMBARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg

Mix these ingredients together until crumbly, then press into greased pan.

FILLING:

14 oz. Eagle Brand milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. Heath bits of brickle

In small bowl mix milk, egg and vanilla until blended, then add nuts, brickle and pour over base. Spread to cover. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25- 30 minutes.
