TASTY CORN SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel yellow corn 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel white corn 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. white wine vinegar 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Set aside. Combine sugar, vinegar, and garlic; stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables, tossing gently. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. 6-8 servings. |
