TERIYAKI SWORDFISH | |
1/4 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger 4 swordfish or shark steaks (8 to 10 oz. each) Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger together in a bowl. Marinate fish steak in the bowl for 30 minutes (place in refrigerator). Broil for 4 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, boil marinade in saucepan and serve with fish (pour over steaks or dip). |
