2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
2 pkg. lady fingers
1 lg. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
1/4 c. nuts

Prepare pudding mix according to directions using 3 cups milk. Fold 1/2 whipped topping into mixture.

Split lady fingers in half in 9 x 13 pan.

Alternate layers of lady fingers and pudding. Top with remainder of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts.
