MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
4 qts. popped corn

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. dark Karo
1 stick butter
Dash salt

Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 2 minutes.

1/2 tsp. baking soda

Stir well, will foam. Put popcorn in a brown paper sack and pour caramel mixture evenly over corn. Shake. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Shake. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Shake and pour out on cookie sheet to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
