RICH CRANBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour (divided)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Confectioners' sugar

Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Add 2 cups flour with salt and baking powder. Gradually add to cheese mixture. Mix remaining flour with cranberries and nuts. Spoon into greased, fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes. Let cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
