BUNCO BREAD 
1 loaf of French bread
1 lb. of pan sausage
1 lb of ground meat
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. picante sauce

Slice the French bread through the middle and dig out the soft insides. Save the insides and crumble it. Brown the sausage and ground meat. Drain it well. Add the crumbled bread, eggs, cheese and picante sauce. Stuff the meat mixture into the French bread shell. Top with more grated cheese. Wrap in foil. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Slice and serve warm. Makes 2 loaves.
