2 (15 oz.) Mary Kitchen Roast Beef Hash 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. sliced green onions 4 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 1/2 c. biscuit mix Combine hash and 1 egg. Press into lightly greased 9 1/2 inch deep dish pie plate to form crust. Sprinkle cheese, celery, and half green onions onto hash crust. Mix remaining eggs and biscuit mix quite smooth. Blend in milk and pour over all. Sprinkle with remaining green onion. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until firm. Let stand before cutting. Serves 6. |
