BLUEBERRY CAKE 
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. blueberries

Beat sugar into egg. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Mix milk, oil, and vanilla. Add alternately with flour mixture to egg mixture. Fold in berries. Bake in greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar when cool.
