BARBECUE POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 tbsp. paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. barbecue sauce or barbecue drippings

Place potatoes in large stockpot and cover with cold water. Add paprika, salt and pepper and sauce or drippings, if desired. Bring to boil and simmer until tender. Remove potatoes from pot. Dot with butter and a splash of cooking oil.
