2 egg whites
tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. water
1 1/2 sticks butter (soft)
2 boxes confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint oil
1/4 tsp. wintergreen oil
Red food coloring
Green food coloring

Beat egg whites, vanilla and water until foamy. Add butter and confectioners' sugar and mix until creamy. Divide into two parts and add peppermint oil and red food coloring in one part and wintergreen oil and green food coloring to the second part. Roll into small balls, place on waxed paper, press each on top with a fork. Dry at least two days, store, and enjoy as you desire.
