BANANA CHIP BARS 
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
2 ripe bananas (1 c.), mashed
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix first 5 ingredients plus vanilla. Add to mixed dry ingredients. Stir in chips and nuts. Spread into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut and eat and enjoy! Makes 36 bars.
