1 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. butter, softened 2/3 c. sugar 3/4 c. packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3 c. oats, uncooked, quick or old fashioned 1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) butterscotch morsels Preheat oven to 375. In bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In bowl, beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and morsels. Drop by level teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375, 7-8 minutes for chewy, or 9-10 minutes for crisper cookies. (4 dozen) |
