BROWNIE CAKE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 lb. brown sugar
5 c. unsifted flour
3 eggs (or Egg Beaters)
3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips

Liquify butter in microwave. Add brown sugar - mix - add eggs, baking soda, vanilla - mix. Then alternately add flour and hot water. At the end fold in chocolate chips. Put into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 35 minutes. Do not over bake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
