BROWN RICE 
1 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
3/4 stick of butter
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans beef bouillon
1 can water

Brown raw rice in saucepan in butter with chopped onion. Pour in greased casserole and add beef bouillon, water, and salt. Cook 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Stir twice during cooking. Serves 6 to 8.
