TERIYAKI SAUCE 
1/2 c. pineapple juice, unsweetened
1/4 c. brown sugar substitute
2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp. peanut oil
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove minced garlic

Blend all ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling. Yields: 1 cup.
