BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. boneless beef round steak, (3/4 inch thick)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion

Slice steak into thin strips. Brown steak and add onion. Stir in soup and sour cream. Mix well. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
