CAULIFLOWER 
2 c. cauliflower (separated into flowerets)
Salt & soy sauce to taste
1/4 c. onion, sliced
1 c. shelled shrimp
1 c. pork, sliced thinly
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. meat stock

Saute onion in oil, add sliced pork, then the shrimp. Add salt. When cooked, set aside the pork and the shrimp. Blend flour in remaining oil. Add the meat stock and stir in the milk. When thick, add the cauliflower. Season with soy sauce. Add the cooked pork and shrimp, mix thoroughly. Simmer for 2 minutes and remove from heat at once.
