CATHY'S "PHILLY" FUDGE | |
4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts Dash of salt Gradually add sugar to cream cheese, mixing well until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Chill several hours or overnight. Makes 1 3/4 pounds. |
