2 1/2 c. boiling water (can use apple juice)
1 (9"x13") pan

Yield: 2 dozen. Stir boiling water into gelatin. Dissolve completely. Stir slowly to prevent bubbles. Do not add cold water. Pour mixture slowly into pan. Chill at least 3 hours. Cut into alphabet or other fun shapes. To Cut: Dip bottom of pan in warm water for 15 seconds. Cut desired shapes. Use knife or cookie cutters. Lift from pan using index finger or metal spatula.
