CARAMEL APPLE PIE 
1/2 pkg. (24) Kraft caramels
1 tbsp. milk
1/3 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. chunky applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Graham cracker crust

Melt caramels with milk; stir until melted and smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with nuts; cool.

Beat cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until smooth. Stir in applesauce, vanilla, and cinnamon. Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Spread mixture over caramel and nuts in crust. Chill, then spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Drizzle a little melted caramel on top.
