LIGHT AND FRUITY SANGRIA 
1 pt. strawberries, unhulled
7 c. light Chianti wine
1/2 lemon, sliced
1/2 orange, sliced
1 cinnamon stick
1 bottle (24 oz.) white grape juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Mint sprigs

1. Day before serving: In each compartment of 2 ice cube trays, place 1 strawberry, hull side up. Pour in enough wine to fill each compartment; freeze overnight or until frozen.

2. At serving time, in chilled pitcher, mix remaining wine with all ingredients except mint. Add frozen wine cubes; garnish with mint.

Makes about 12 servings.
