BUTTER PECAN TORTE | |
60 Ritz crackers 2 pkgs. coconut cream pudding 1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream 1 lg. Cool Whip 1 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. butter Crumble crackers and melted butter. Put mixture in 11x14 inch pan. Hold 1/3 crackers. Mix coconut cream pudding and milk; beat 2 minutes. Add softened ice cream mix. Pour on top of crackers. Top with Cool Whip and rest of crackers. |
