BACON QUICHE 
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
5 tsp. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tube seamless Crescent rolls
5 bacon strips, cooked crisply and crumbled

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add eggs, Colby cheese, green pepper, and onion; mix well. Unfold Crescent roll dough into 9-in. x 13-in. casserole dish.

Sprinkle half the bacon on top of the dough. Pour egg mixture over bacon; top with remaining bacon.

Bake at 375°F for 18-22 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve topped with peppered gravy.
