CHOCOLATE CHIP CUP CAKES 
FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix filling ingredients well and set aside.

CUP CAKE BATTER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix batter ingredients and pour into 24 cup cake liners. Spoon filling equally on top of each.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
