BAKED HADDOCK 
1 lb. fillet haddock
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
2 c. slightly crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 egg (well beaten)
3 tbsp. melted butter
2-4 tbsp. boiling water

Arrange fish in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine corn flakes with remaining ingredients, adding just enough boiling water for dressing to hold together. Spread over fish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes or until done.
