BAKED HADDOCK 
1 lb. haddock fillets
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. corn flake crumbs

Mix oil, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper together half hour before using. Dip fish in liquid, then in corn flakes. Place in greased 8"x11" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
