1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 sticks butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 of a 9 oz. Cool Whip 3 c. milk 2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding (lemon) Grated lemon rind Mix first 2 ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees (225 degrees in Pyrex) for 20-25 minutes. Do not brown. Dip fingers in flour to press in pan. Beat next 3 ingredients until smooth and spread over cooled crust. Combine milk and pudding and rind. Pour over cream cheese layer, top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Can be made with other flavors of pudding. |
