SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375°F. Beat butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla and pudding until light and fluffy. Mix in flour and baking soda. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
