FLUFFY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. instant pudding and pie filling (4 serving size)
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix flour, baking soda; set aside. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in bowl. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture then add chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.

I used chocolate pudding, milk chocolate and white chocolate chips. OMG!!! They were amazing and suprisingly not too chocolatey!! Everybody wanted the recipe.

So I forgot the 3/4 c. brown sugar and they turned out very good, kind of like a short bread cookie. And I used the vanilla instant pudding and pie filling (4 serving size).
