FLUFFY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
2 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup (2 sticks) butter 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pkg. instant pudding and pie filling (4 serving size) 2 eggs 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour, baking soda; set aside. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in bowl. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture then add chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes. |
