PASTA SALAD 
8 oz. vermicelli or spaghetti
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 1/2 tbsp. salad delight
1 or 2 cucumbers, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 or more spring onions, chopped
1 med. tomato, chopped

Cook pasta, rinse with cold water. Stir in dressing and salad delight. Chop all vegetables and add to pasta. Can add other vegetables as long as they are not heavy in water content. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Serve with garlic bread and fruit for a complete meal.
