LEMON CHESS PIE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. corn meal 1/4 c. lemon juice Grated rind of 1 lemon 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. melted butter 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell Combine sugar, corn meal, and flour. Add eggs. Gradually add milk, melted butter, lemon juice and lemon rind. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Yields: 6 servings. |
