ORANGE CHALET DESSERT 
2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin (2 env.)
2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. orange sections
2 c. whipping cream

Combine gelatin and sugar in a saucepan and stir to blend. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks until light and lemon-colored. Add 1/2 the orange juice and mix. Whip egg mixture into gelatin with a wire whip and cook over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in orange and lemon peels, remaining orange juice and lemon juice. Cool. Cover with wrap and refrigerate until mixture mounds, stirring occasionally. Stir orange sections into gelatin. Whip cream until stiff and fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into pan or molds and chill until set.
