HOT SAUSAGE AND CHEESE PUFFS | |
1 lb. hot sausage 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 3 c. Bisquick 3/4 c. water Cook sausage, breaking up with fork. Drain off fat and cool. Add cheese. Add Bisquick. Add water and mix until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake in hot 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until brown. Cool on wire rack. |
