QUICK CHERRY CHEESE PIE | |
1 c. sweetened condensed milk 8 oz. cream cheese 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 graham cracker pie crust 1 can cherry pie filling (or other flavor) Let cream cheese soften at room temperature. In a medium size bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy; beat in condensed milk. Add lemon juice and vanilla, mixing well. Pour into crust. Chill until firm (about 3 hours). Top with desired amount of cherry (or other) pie filling. |
