FLEISCH KUCKEN 
3 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk (enough to make dough soft)

Blend dough ingredients together and roll out on floured board, thin, and cut into squares. Fill with the following mixture and deep fry.

FILLING:

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

(Or you can use apples.)

Drop filling on thinly rolled squares. Pinch the dough together at the top to close and keep filling inside. Deep fry at 375 degrees until dark, golden brown.
