SHRIMP & CRAB DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined & chopped
1 (12 oz.) container crabmeat, drained
1/2 c. shallots, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped

Melt cream cheese and butter on medium heat until fluffy. Add shrimp and crabmeat. Season to taste. Cook approximately 15 minutes. Add shallots and parsley. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
