DILLY BEANS 
Young snap beans
1 head dill per jar
Crushed red pepper
Garlic
Vinegar
Salt
Water

Pack washed beans upright in pint canning jars. To each jar add 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 1 or 2 cloves garlic and 1 head dill.

Boil the following: 1/2 water and 1/2 vinegar with 1 tablespoon salt per cup of liquid. Fill jars to top, seal at once.
