DILLY GREEN BEANS 
2 cans French cut green beans
1 tbsp. bacon fat
1 1/2 tsp. dill seed
6 tbsp. melted butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. bean liquid
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. grated onion
Dash of Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. accent
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil bacon fat, dill seed and beans for 30 minutes. Let stand overnight or several hours. Drain beans and place in shallow casserole. Cook remaining ingredients until slightly thickened. Pour over beans and add buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
