DILLY BEANS 
1 garlic clove or 1/4 tsp. ground garlic
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. dill weed

In a pan, boil together: 2 c. vinegar 1/4 c. pure salt

To prepare young green beans, leave whole, cook until tender 15 to 20 minutes. Place in pint jars. Fill jars with boiling mixture and seal. Place in hot water and boil for 5 minutes. Set aside until sealed and cool.
