PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 3 1/3 c. sifted flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. oil 4 eggs 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 tbsp. milk 2/3 c. water 2 c. pumpkin 1/2 to 1 c. nuts Soften cream cheese by mixing with milk. Sift together dry ingredients and place in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 3 greased and floured 13 ounce coffee cans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
