FRESH FRUIT TOPPING 
2 c. fresh fruit (peaches, strawberries, raspberries)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Chop fruit into large pieces. Whisk cornstarch into cool water and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup of fruit and bring to a boil again. Remove from heat and add remaining fruit. Serve hot or cold.
