MUSHROOM SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. parsley 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 c. peeled raw potatoes, sliced 1/4 c. grated American cheese Mix all ingredients except potatoes and cheese together in a bowl. Stir in potatoes. Pour into a greased shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. |
