MINCE MEAT PUDDING | |
1 pkg. None Such mincemeat 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. saltine crackers, crushed 1 c. boiling water, add 1 tsp. baking soda to water and mix well 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. pecans Mix well and bake in a well greased pan, 13 x 9 inch, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm. Cool and cut into squares. Top with whipped cream and a cherry. |
