CRABURGERS 
8 hamburger buns
1 can top quality salad crabmeat
1 1/2 c. diced cheese (you can use Jack or Cheddar)
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 dozen or more minced stuffed green olives
1 sm. green pepper, minced
3 to 4 sweet pickles, minced
Mayonnaise to mix

Butter both halves of the hamburger buns. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and fill buns. Wrap in foil individually (or put filled buns on cookie sheet; cover and seal over with foil). Bake in oven 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Flavor improves if mixture or filled buns are allowed to chill before baking. A family favorite!
