SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat the eggs together with 1/2 cup milk for 2-3 minutes. Add the flour all at once and beat to a heavy, smooth consistency. Beat in the remaining milk and then melted butter and salt. Because of the large amount of butter in the batter, the skillet will require little, if any, additional buttering.
