1 lg. pkg. Oreos, crushed
2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 carton whipped topping
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar

Weight Watchers, use:
pudding mix
Lo calorie milk, 2%, 1%
Lite Cool Whip
Lite cream cheese

Mix pudding with milk. Add whip topping. Set aside. In separate bowl, cream sugar, butter, cream cheese. Stir into the pudding mixture. Layer Oreos and pudding, starting and stopping with the Oreos.

Additional ideas: For children's party, put pudding into individual flower pots, add pipe cleaner flowers and gummy worms.
