BAKED FISH WITH CHEESE 
1 lb. fish (sole)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. soda crackers, broken in pieces
4 oz. American or Velveeta cheese, cut up or shredded
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Grease an oven-proof casserole with butter. Layer in order starting with fish until all ingredients are used. Pour milk over all and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
