CHICKEN WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 box instant wild minute rice (Herb seasoned)
4 or 5 chicken breasts
1 jar water chestnuts
Chicken broth or 1 can cream of chicken soup
Stove Top stuffing

Prepare rice according to directions and place in greased casserole. Cook chicken breasts and remove skin and bones. Place chicken pieces on top of rice and cover with broth or cream of chicken soup. Sprinkle with water chestnuts. Prepare Stove Top stuffing and put on top of casserole. Dot with butter and cook about 20 or 30 minutes until bubbles and brown.
