CHICKEN CANNELLONI 
Pound (4 to 6 ounce) boneless chicken breast until very thin. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little garlic powder.

Put a 1 ounce slice of Mozzarella cheese on the chicken. Roll up tightly. Put in a casserole dish. Cover with tomato sauce seasoned with onions and green pepper.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

NOTE: This is a Weight Watcher recipe that my whole family loves!
